Shout Out!
Hey! My name is Ian Hutchinson, and I'm a student from Darlington in the good old United Kingdom. I'm originally from Quezon City in the Philippines, but I've grown up here in the UK.
At the moment, graphic design is just a hobby, but I'm going to take it on as a serious profession after finishing up education. In September 2009, I'm starting proper graphic design study, and I hope to head on up to uni after that.
Most of my design is to add a little cheese to my school-related work or for personal stuff, but later on I hope to begin freelancing for whoever comes by.
I work with the Ubuntu operating system with some nice, honest, free, open-source software, GIMP instead of Photoshop and Inkscape instead of Illustrator. Also a trusty mechanical pencil and a notepad never lets you down!
Away from design, I'm into stuff like music, film and joyriding... I mean travel.
