I have an industrial design background, having worked on cars and toys. I'm currently a user experience visual designer. I have an interest in classic retro cars, I have an extensive photographic journal of photos of cars taken in the UK. I often use these photos as sources for my artwork.
I have a full time job, because sadly I suspect drawing scrapped cars cannot sustain a career. However it does mean I can draw for leisure without the pressure of making my artwork earn its keep. I go through phases of activity, sometimes take a year off in between drawings, while one summer I produced at least 8 drawings.
I appreciate your views and feedback, I hope to become inspired and influenced by the creativity on this site, which can only encourage me to draw more. Read Less
