Lead in the design, development and implementation of the user experience ow; from
strategy to user interface design communication design.
Delegate tasks to the 5 members of the design team and provide counsel on all aspects
of the project.
Supervise the assessment of all design process in order to ensure the quality and
accuracy in the design.
Oversee the ecient use of production project budgets ranging from $25,000 –
$250,000.

Responsible for all design (Graphic and UX/UI) aspects of product development production.
Requirements gathering through directed meetings with internal departments and user feedback.
Create user ow diagrams/charts, site maps utilizing Illustrator, photoshop, moqups.
Create wireframes and workow designs as static designs and simple prototypes.
Unify the usability requirements, mandatory UI components and features, and the creative brand vision and
brand into polished and high-delity designs of the platforms.
Present designs to management team to gain approval.

Design intuitive digital solutions to improve usability of web pages and mobile apps.
Create annotated wireframes for hando the engineering team to use as a guide to
build web pages and mobile apps.
Reviewing engineering work to ensure quality of the user experience post implementation
of Engineering story
Build eective and functionally designs through gathering of interaction data, information
architecture, user-centered needs and content strategy
Actively participate in all phases of development through close collaboration with
engineering team, including review meetings, sprint planning, story writing of UI
requirements, and quality testing and assurance of the nal product/platform.
