User Experience Designer

Most of my effort is expended on delivering consistent user experiences researching, planning, designing and testing across multiple technology formats and complementing a planned omni-channel UX strategy. I address the entire digital customer journey; both in the most natural method and in the most streamlined available the processes.

I am also responsible to:
• Conduct different research strategies; qualitative and quantitative surveys, usability testing sessions, field study sessions and I study user’s behaviours to apply academic psychology and scientific findings & methodologies to ensure our solutions meet the best usability practices
• Interpret and analyse data to identify friction points and set hypothesis so we can smooth the user’s journeys and conversions
• Conduct monthly usability testing sessions and reports which help improving the way our solutions communicate and deliver their objectives efficiently
• Produce supporting technical guidance literature for HTML and CSS best practices
• Create the entire brand identity for our new solutions

• Designed, built, and debugged compliant HTML e-newsletters across web browsers and cross platforms using Photoshop and Dreamweaver for Shine 2011, Fantasy football, Bobby Moore Fund marketing campaigns to increase traffic and to gain candidates

• Liaised with online marketing managers within a project called “Black Box”. This project was a multivariate testing on traffic PPC campaign, which tracked user behaviour to improve traffic and time spent on main website through data recorded in Hitwise, Google Analytics. As a result I made a sensible compilation of wireframes authorised by Illustrator to improve user interaction and user experience

• Made flash banners for “Donate in Memory” online marketing campaign to increase traffic to main website

• Using visual and created based thinking I developed through Illustrator a compilation of wireframes options to deliver a better user interface and to enhance user engagement
