Phil McAndrew is an award-winning illustrator and cartoonist who has spent most of his life in Syracuse, NY. After being awarded the portfolio-based four-year visual art scholarship, he attended and graduated from Daemen College with a BFA in Illustration. At the age of 22 he won the 2006 Syracuse Press Club Professional Recognition Award for best art illustration.
