Hi, my name is Paul...
I’m a graphic designer and illustrator from Dublin, Ireland. I completed my degree in Visual Communication at DIT in June 2010 achieving first class honours and also being awarded ‘Best Visual Communication Student’. In April 2010 I was awarded a Merit from the International Society of Typographic Designers for my environmental awareness piece, ‘Consider This’. My work has been featured in a number of publications including Computer Arts magazine, IDN magazine, Deviant Art and Typography Served.
Prior to starting my degree, I worked two years full time as in-house graphic and web designer at music company Coca-Cola Blastbeat. My roles included designing promotional material for events, company branding and identity, web design and also some PHP programming.
In addition to my in-house work, I have also been working freelance for over five years. I have worked for a range of clients including The Maire Keating Foundation, Yamaha, music stores, cafes, retail, fashion, musicians, bands and even a festish club.
I am currently seeking employment and studio experience.
