Born in Goa, raised in Mumbai and living in Dubai since 2004, I like creating things, illustrations and ideas that reflect the colourful places and people I meet along the way.
I graduated from the JJ Institute of Applied Arts, Mumbai, with emphasis on illustration and have had an interesting career combining interface design, illustration, animation and art direction.
Currently a senior digital art director at JWT Dubai, I manage my basket of clients and oversee the overall digital product in terms of art and concept for the team.
I have also worked on integrated campaigns and print from time to time but digital and new media is clearly my focus area and I'm clued in about all the current digital trends in terms of ideas and design and try and bring those into my day to day work every time an opportunity presents itself, dependent on client brief. I have a very positive hit rate when it comes to presenting designs and ideas to clients.
I try to strike a good balance between actual client work and proactive efforts and I have won my fair share of awards over the years.
