I love projects where I get to capture a lot ideas in my sketchbook quickly. I had a lot of mental pictures for this client...with a few favorites, but the client zoomed in on a little doodle in the corner.

This wasn't my first choice, but he really liked it, so we moved forward with the design. He really wanted me to stay true to the sketch.

And here are the two versions he settled on. Over all I think we ended up with a nice design for his business. It's simple. Sketching takes you places you may not have went if you had just started layout out in the computer.
