- Furnished living spaces - 8 large living suites with private bathroom, and 2 huge, duplex suites with private bathrooms and private working space - Each suite has its own fridge and work desk giving artists the possibility to work in their rooms - Cleaning twice a week.
- Studios - ONDARTE has designated its work spaces into both interior and exterior areas of ONDARTE'S grounds permitting artists to work where they feel most comfortable, although the main studio space is exterior, under a huge palapa (Mexican style thatched roof).
- Comunal kitchen and dining area.
- Laundry service once a week - Extra laundry service is available at a small fee (tip) for the cleaning ladies.
- Wireless Internet throughout the rooms and grounds.
- Swimming Pool (To be used at own risk)
- Bicycles for each of our artists to comfortably get around town.
- Open Studios - We aid in organizing, inviting guests, etc.
- Workshops - It is not obligatory, but if any artists are interested in working with the local artists, artisans or perhaps giving a weekly class to the young children of the area, we would be more than happy to organize these events.
- Exhibition - We help organize and promote an open house every month at the residency. We also work with our artists to try to create site-specific exhibitions in the area - Larger exhibitions are also being planned in the future for Playa del Carmen and Cancun venues. Read Less
