With our special Artisan Series for spring 2008 and the debut of our Soft Parade Collection for Fall 2008 during Amsterdam International Fashion Week (AIFW) Oilily has renewed its original independent spirit and sharpened its focus on creative, individualistic, confident women of all ages, who have a passionate interest in contemporay, artisan fashion.

Everything we do and create strives to live up to to the personality that inspires us; joyful, fearless, young at heart, cosmopolitan and seductive, relaxed and soulful. We constantly endeavor to be a source of inspiration and aspiration to the folks around us. We're often inspired by those same folks and are just seeking to return the favor.

Creativity is at the heart of Oilily's brand essence. Since its launch in The Netherlands in 1963, when it challenged traditional approaches taken towards textile design and development, colour harmonizing and custom print creation, Oilily's designers have continuously worked to create fresh designs that echo the label's liberated, expressive and progressive attitude.

Art plays an integral role in all of Oilily's designs. Each season striking prints created by Oilily designers enhance the collections - from handmade paintings and drawings, to photographs, illustrations and the combinations of these. Oilily weaves together the worlds of Fashion and Art attempting to create original and eye-cathing collections for women of all ages. The distinctive marriage between Art and Fashion ensures that at its best, no matter what it is combined with, every Oilily piece has the ability to contribute something unique to an individual's personal style.
