Program Administrator Self Servicing and Validation
• Partnered with Product Ownership to mitigate the impact of business needs
and compliance restrictions on the design of digital sign on and validation
processes.
• Designed click through prototype in Axure for new @Work Program

• In coordination with our design Principal, I used omnigraffle and Sketch to design
and produc user experience flow and wireframes for experiential installations and
the iPad interfaces that would control them.
• Streamlined the tablet UX and UI design for our experiential real estate sales
center products, by integrating client/user feedback from previous projects into
the final UX.
• Advocated for final experience design throughout software development
processes to insure that final UI and experience adhered to design wireframes,
system architecture and marketing design.

between subcontractors, design lead in order to maintain installation timetable
and prevent change orders and schedule slippage.
• Conferred with engineering to spec custom project hardware needs.

+ I implemented an aggressive sales strategy, which led to a near 20% increase of total menswear sales.
+ Chimala denim sales increased by approximately 200% at the time of my departure. Rag&Bone, Oliver Spencer, Duckie Brown sales goals were met at the time of my departure.
