Working within the Brand Team my responsibilities include:

• Creating creating visual assets for all aspects of the Yolt brand, both digital and physical
• Leading brand campaigns from concept, through design and production to delivery of final assets
• Leading motion design and animation tasks
• Creating new illustrations and commissioning illustrators
• Creating collateral for all Yolt events
• Designing new pages for the Yolt website
• Creating new email templates and design assets for existing communications
• Thinking creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to elevate the Yolt brand
• Working closely with designers, copywriters and UX designers to marry all elements of copy and design

Create and develop assets and templates to help define the visual language of the brand. Implement best practice throughout the design team across all media. Create and manage day-to-day design jobs to a high standard and oversee design and video tasks.

Creating work for the agencies largest clients and working closely with creatives has allowed me to develop and progress enormously in my time at M&C Saatchi. I have built up strong relationships with the people around me and the work I create. I have become an important member of the team and have always been comfortable giving opinions and making suggestions about work.

A strong understanding of how digital projects are created and the ability to work closely with developers to achieve the best possible outcome is essential in my role. Knowledge of the capabilities of HTML & CSS allows me to push ideas onto developers and creatives and also allows me to work within the boundaries of what is possible in build.

I am brand guardian for 3 major agency clients which means I must create, oversee and sign off the work produced for these brands, by myself and other designers, in the agency to make sure they meet the normal high standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Being trusted to look after these clients constantly requires me to take the lead on projects and manage jobs from start to finish. This includes live briefs and creating work for pitches, which I am regularly involved in.

Working closely with one of Grapple Mobile's high profile clients creating visuals for a versatile and interactive social Android app. Starting from scratch developing the design style, user interface, user journey and iconography of the app. A huge amount of research and development was required for the project as well a constant communication with in house developers to help keep the project on track for its short deadline.

Worked on multiple projects for Cherry Advertising, an agency that specializes in producing work for the healthcare industry. Projects included the design of an iPad sales app for Nutramigen, presentation material for an important pitch and web design work for existing clients.

Being a trusted designer for the digital hub at M&C Saatchi is demanding and fast paced. It is essential that I work fast and acurately whilst maintaining the high standards of the team. Projects include designing web pages, app layouts, newsletters, banners and more for many of the agencies high profile clients.

Part of the web design & development team at Ministry of Sound Group designing and building company site pages, websites, iframes, eflyers and other artwork across all their brands including Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Global Underground and Dance Nation.

I started working with Two Pancakes Design in 2010 and since then the team has gone from strength to strength. They specialise in branding, web design, e-commerce, video production, SEO and everything else in between. It is a small but efficient team that I am still happy to work with on freelance projects from time to time.

In house graphic designer for the Uxbridge branch of the Prontaprint franchise. My role as the sole designer is this busy office was varied and fast paced. Work ranged from business cards and logo design to t-shirt and canvas printing.

Three month freelance graphic design position creating graphics for briefs that were used on a of clothing sold in Topman stores around the country.
