I am a seasoned photographer who has taken photographs since the early 70's.
Inspired by Life magazine and the work of Don McCullin, Larry Burrows and other photojournalists - I aspired, and practiced at being one.
At the end of the 70's, I put colour film in my camera and and practiced "contrived photojournalism" to work in the commercial business of producing images for corporate literature and annual reports. This time I was inspired by the film 2001 A Space Odyssey and photographed industrial subjects - often with the use of coloured gels and grad filters before it became standard practice.
My favourite location is in the air and my most enjoyable work has been taken from a helicopter, either air-to-air or air-to-ground photography. My personal interest is photographing architecture and creating and photographing sculpture installations. Read Less
