Neal joined the LAB as part of a 3 month work placement he gained through the D&AD New Blood '08 show. From the word go he worked on a pitch and also set about visualising and designing a poster and animation that was to promote the referral scheme that was taking place within the agency.

He quickly became integrated within the LAB and even began working on the first in-house digital project, a refresh for the Twinings site. Aside from his main duties as a motion graphics designer, Neal's illustration skills have been used for a number of projects, including a detailed hand-drawn piece for the '09 AMV Christmas Card.
