Nalaz is a self-taught and creative artist who explores the fascinating world of Visual Arts. She expresses herself mainly with: painting on canvas and Decorative Arts.

Born in Montreal in 1963 with a the nomadic soul, Nalaz traveled abroad and resided all over the province of Quebec before finding refuge in Val d'Or in Abitibi Témiscamingue (Québec, Canada) where she lives and work.

Located in the heart of the boreal forest, live in harmony with nature and be guided by it's her credo. Thus the symbolic creation fantasy-prone are a tribute to nature in all its glory and magic. Self-taught painter and passionate nature, Nalaz explores the fascinating worlds of painting on canvas freely, without restrictions of rigid technical standard. Creation is a passion for her, in all its forms and formless. She sees the formless, detects the invisible and feels the magic.... Seeing the Nature with a different eye, in a bleak and materialistic world where only interest is greed, she highlighting the importance of living in harmony with nature by returning to the sources of myths and legends.

Her works, with a mystical atmosphere, reflect a reality seamlessly imbued with magical spirits. On each of her paintings, two worlds come together to enable viewers to access another universe suffused with a serene quiet magic. With mixed technique she transports us to the heart of the magic to encourage people to follow the path of healing the soul and spirit. Realism Symbolic / Fantasy style is her world, her hits, her brushes and unusual media are complicit in her vision of Nature in all its splendour, hidden to the hearts closed.
