Graphic Designer

• Curate content and design monthly newsletter then ensure the publication is sent out to the 900 members of the congregation on time.
• Collaborate with various board and committee members made up of volunteer congregants to design ads, invitations, programs and other print materials for the promotion of the Temple.
• Provide marketing and design support for Temple Beth Sholom Religious School, Early Childhood Center, Hebrew High School, and Membership departments.
• Provide marketing and design support for event design and branding through creation of invitations, programs, posters, postcards, and posting through social media.
• Manage social media accounts and postings including Twitter, Facebook to create a community environment.
• Write press releases about special events, holidays, and honors and submit to area newspaper and media outlets. • Manage print production and day-to-day trafficking of artwork through direct communication with print vendors.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the current website using Joomla.
• Create weekly email blasts using Constant Contact about various programs and events happening at Temple Beth Sholom.
