• I oversee a team of 8 on design & development work for websites, digital advertising & our growing offering in Social Media content, Creative Social CRM and Mobile Apps.

• Since joining I brought Social Community Management in-house and have taken on responsibility for a content writer and 2 SC-Managers. This has really helped synergy between our brands marketing campaigns and on-going social content. We’re also benefiting from social insights.

• Having recently been named AKI UAE group's agency for their brands Burger Fuel, Sample Central and Super Dry, we’re about to get busy with more social and on ground brand engagement as we head into 2013.

• Joining OgilvyOne Indonesia, I was responsible for Creative Direction, Strategic Thinking and New Business Development.

• Internally I was in charge of the development of the creative department of OgilvyOne and responsible for digital integration between OOne, Oadvertising, OPR and OAction.

• We focused on Interactive Advertising, Digital Activation and Social CRM programs. Most of our 2012 projects and proposals increasingly involved real world and digital crossover from activation to engaging content and continued social CRM.

• In March 2012 I was very happy to lead the pitch and subsequently win Guinness’ Digital and Social business for the whole of Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Asked to start a new team, I recruited and led a creative team of six, in Beirut, to respond rapidly to new business opportunities across our regional network, ensuring appropriate digital communication and strategy is always present in our proposals.

• Working closely with regional Planning, Account and Creative teams I push for truly integrated creative strategies and concepts for all our major clients.

• I work hands-on with Creative Technologists and Digital Strategists to create ideas for clients that maximise the use of ever evolving Social Media & Mobile App developments.

• Whilst at JWT I recruited and oversaw 20 Digital Creatives across Dubai, Saudi, Egypt and Beirut. My role involved close coordination with HR, MDs and Traffic to set up day-to-day operations, develop training and assist career progression.

• My most recent projects have been focused on delivering strong ideas that generate conversation between brands and their customers.
