Agra Satria, a 25 years old visual artist born in Jakarta, Indonesia. He's always been in love with illustrations since he was 5. His father was the first one who taught him to draw. Since then, he began to doodle everyday as long as he can remember.

Having done several design jobs during and after college, he created a jewelry line, G.H.O.S.T, with his partner Yasmina Yesy and together they started to participate in some art exhibitions. G.H.O.S.T was chosen to be a part of 'Bandung New Emergence - vol.02', an exhibition of young emerging artist in 2007.

Agra Satria's works are mostly inspired by things around him, whether his daydreams or even a fragment of his memories. His dark yet romantic works are influenced by contemporary illustrators such as Audrey Kawasaki, Aya Kato, Maren Esdar and Mark Ryden. His attention to detail is one of his craftsmanship priority.

After a few years living in Bandung, in mid 2007 he moved back to Jakarta to become part of LeBoYe design team, where he met Hermawan Tanzil, one of Indonesia's leading graphic designer. There he further developed his unique characteristics not only as a designer but also as an illustrator and image maker. Read Less
