Interactive Museum Site

This interactive experience was created to engage users in an emersive interactive experience while keeping function and accessibility in the forefront of its design. The project required the selection of a specific amenity of Cincinnati and the creation of a user-centered interactive experience to reinforce a developed concept. Details and process available in attached process PDF.

The concept was developed through initial primary and secondary research, data analysis, and design criteria development. After various iterations of potential solutions, the project involved full-scale production of the interactive concept. Upon initial production completion, a short phase of user testing (surveys and personal interviews) was set into motion. The production was mostly Photoshop and Flash using Actionscript 3.0.

Motion Typography Piece

A project designed to explore typography within the medium of time-based motion. The core concepts involve investigation of typographic transition and how it evolves a message. With a focus on kinetic typography and the communication of a dynamic sound clip, the quote chosen is an excerpt from the film "Stranger than Fiction." The scene involved a confused and frustrated conflict between the protagonist, Harold Krick, and a random construction worker who has accidentally destroyed the corner of Harold's apartment.
