Part of two-part special problems class at Cal Poly, one of five schools to be selected to work with the Hablamos Juntos Organization to design health care symbols; analyzed and critiqued original symbol set based on comprehension and how they worked together; worked on designing additional symbols intended to cross language and culture barriers; developed practical uses for symbols, including brochures and hospital signage.
