Morgan Greenseth is an Interior and Living Designer. Currently she designs large-scale projects like casinos and resorts, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, hospitality and retail spaces. Although, Morgan has also designed various other spacial types and has a passion for public space/placemaking.

Always looking for something new to try, Morgan has successfully started two business ventures that are still running. The first, Mini Empire Bakery, started as a small project to introduce pies to the Pacific Northwest, but in miniature form. After the success of the mini pies, they were sought out by Ulysses Press to write a cookbook to teach America how to create their own. After being featured at Target, the bakery miniaturized more desserts and wrote about them in a second cookbook entitled, "Petite Treats". Both cookbooks were featured in the 2013 Oscars gift bags.

Besides Mini Empire, Morgan has also helped turn around a dying vegan bakery in Brooklyn by redesigning the space and creating a new restaurant concept for the neighborhood. Champs Diner and Bakery now offers hipsters of Williamsburg traditional diner fare (as well as health-conscious options) but in vegan form. Read Less
