I specialize in digital Creative Direction spanning Brand Strategy, User Experience, UI execution, Art Direction, Wireframing, and User Personas, crafting experiences that allow brands to connect with users in emotionally meaningful and memorable ways. Now that's a mouthful. In more simple words, I create smart and pretty stuff that helps users do what they want to do in delightful, surprising, and intuitive ways. Writing about yourself in this way always feels awkward, and name-dropping clients is even worse. But here goes. MTV, Bravo, Beyoncé, Puma, ESPN, VH1, Nickelodeon, PBS, Keds, Harvard, Scholastic, Esquire. There. Name-dropping over. Moving on.

As a highly hands-on Creative Director and UX Strategist, I'm obsessive about the quality of work, have a keen eye for detail as well as the big picture strategy, an impatience with mediocrity and the status quo, and an ability to prioritize and keep the team successful in a fast-paced environment. I'm energized by brainstorm sessions and inspired debates, and passionate about connecting with clients to collaboratively craft the design strategy. My approach involves consistently push the team to keep learning and exploring unique ways for the design and UX to express both the brand personality and user goals and needs. I've always led the design team as a collective not a dictatorship - I am not a fan of egos and stringent hierarchy. Great ideas come from everywhere, and I believe the job of a creative manager is to inspire the team and refine the vision, not come to the table with all the answers predefined.

A UX fanatic with a deep love of human-centric interface design, I shunned art school in favor of a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Brandeis University. That’s right, I can read your mind…and your audience’s (insert evil chuckle). Don't worry, I only use my design powers for good.
