I started by drawing the line and discovered the pleasure of creating new forms. The clothing I create is one among many, of my areas of interest.I prefer not to be associated with gender, fads or trends, and aim to be in constant search of new ways of being, and meeting with a new aesthetic.
My work has no time, place or boundaries.
Does not follow traditions.
I Play with lighting and contrast, through the material and cut in search of new movements and shapes.
The pieces are limited and part of a numbered collections.

"RUAmag" was a online magazine dedicated to streetstyle and helping out young and new designers/ artists, giving them the opportunity to show their work to the world.

Filipa graduated in Fashion Design from the School of Architecture of Lisbon, and also jewellery course at Contacto Directo . In 2008 she was the winner of Young Artists contest. Her experience passed by several areas from costumes for film and theater, to become the 1st assistant of the designer Christophe Sauvat (founder of Antik Batik Paris), among other collaborations. Interest in fashion and urban art led her also to be present in the area of editorial magazines such as RUAmag. This project which she was also the founder, and that in 2011, was among the 100 best independent online magazines.

At the moment she is working for her own brand, LINE. And launched her first collection at the end of 2013. Read Less
