Jimmy Yuan is a design director and co-founder of Mirari & Co.
he has worked for numbers of top tier studios around the world and has directed
and designed innovative moving image works for brands include: MTV Australia, BMW,
Hewlett-Packard, COCA-COLA and Royal Elastics; he has also worked on title sequence
and special effects design for movies include “Fast and Furious 4” and “Race to Witch Mountain ”.
Jimmy’s works have been broadcast worldwide. His experimental project
“ Hyperachi ” has been exhibited at major international exhibitions
include Resfest 05 International Short Film Festival (international),
ByDesign Festival 07 (Seattle.US) / Lab 3000 digital design biennale
(Melbourne, Australia) / IDN magazine / 10th Sagunt Short
Film Festival (Spain).
His distinctive approach to graphic media was most inspired by experimental
architecture and sculptures. Jimmy is currently living in Sydney, and works
from his studio.He remains firmly committed to expanding graphic horizons
both as professional and artist.
