Federico founded Mind the Mix in 2005 as Creative Strategist & Producer, serving companies and agencies in multiple disciplines. He is a true believer in total integration.
Prior to Mind the Mix Federico spent eight years as a head of creative and strategy at Saatchi & Saatchi, growing the business and working with a large number of the world's top brands.
Federico gets passionate when clients stop ‘copying’ and start ‘setting standards’. He strongly believes that organizations require a new mindset of thinking, storytelling, exploration, digital and non-digital products at the same level, but on top of that, the ultimate goal, ROI [Relevance-Originality-Impact]
That vision would not be possible without Saatchi & Saatchi as his second home. Around 1999 after two years as Digital Director in Buenos Aires, the agency ask Federico to land the digital and integrated services department in the Miami office to serve 14 countries in Latin America. That venture started with Hewlett Packard as a main account followed by Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Toyota, Nortel Networks and many other top brands.
After eight amazing years with the agency, Federico wanted to try a pure digital venue. He was extremely lucky to experienced that as Regional Creative Director with Razorfish and Sapient, the first two big digital agencies in US.
Today he is sharing the same challenges with multiple clients as an independent creative and strategy brain.
