Starting off as a photographer, I found graphic design and fell in love with it. I decided to pursue a career in graphic design and am attending California Institute of the Arts. I have recently started to dive into abstract graphic design yet still have a love for magazines and layouts.

Editor-in-Chief & Lead Graphic Designer for high school yearbook at Santa Susana High School; following list awards won when I head position as editor & designer.

In the American Scholastic Press Association National Yearbook competition in New York Santa Susana Magnet High School was awarded Most Outstanding High School Yearbook (#1) for 2013 out of 70 schools from across the country. First Place with Special Merritt (only 12 schools across the country received Special Merritt), and Outstanding Theme "Neue Optik," which translates to New Vision in German. Our point total was 985 out of 1000, there were 350 entries in the competition.

California State Fair: We received 1st place. We won a special award and were recognized by the California Graphic Arts Education Association and received a cash prize.

Ventura County Fair: 1st Place. Read Less
