Working with the Museum’s education department and student peers to further our knowledge of the Museum’s collection and to develop an educational tour for the public on a topic of our choice.

Working with an established photographer’s archive for a major project entitled Raised by Wolves, digitizing negatives and organizing prints into a comprehensive system.

Assisting during the introduction to a year-long Native Universe Residency, funded by the National Science Foundation, photographing workshops and participants for the project’s legacy document, a video detailing the project in its entirety.

Clean and manage the non-majors darkroom in the Photography Department. Provide assistance to those who have questions about darkroom photography. Replace chemicals and troubleshoot the enlargers.

I assisted in photographing and visually documenting educational workshops in collaboration with speakers and teachers from Oaxaca, Mexico. The workshops were aimed at educating youths on the cultures of the Zapotecs and the Mayans: their traditions and their achievements in science and astronomy. My primary duties were documentation and assisting in translation.

Worked as a photographer and provided content for the Living Maya Time Website produced by the National Museum of the American Indian.
The photographs were taken during two separate trips to the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico in August of 2010 and most recently in July of 2012.
Acted as a tester of the website links and content before the websites release in 2012.
