Built creative department from scratch for new start up company. Responsible for day to day creative decisions for multiple brands that span across the globe. Implemented project management system for tracking creative projects to ensure that deadlines are met. Produced and directed captivating videos from start to finish. Mentored and trained multiple juniors who handle many routine functions within the department, freeing up other team members to focus on new client development and higher level projects. Also responsible for creating designs for college and championship apparel in the mid-major market. Designed apparel for Lockheed, Sally Beauty Supply, Piper, Era Helicopters, Interstate Batteries and Bell Helicopters.

Production Manager for The Hondo Group an independent marketing firm located in downtown Fort Worth. Communicated with Vendors on pricing, specs and printing schedules. Attended press checks to ensure quality of products.
