Its main features include text recognition, real-time query options, customizable notification alerts, personalized schedule reminders and the ability to share what you’ve captured with your network. Designing a mobile application, that exclusive circle of Park Hyatt customers that have privileged access to the Park Hyatt’s offerings and services. These select few interact, through an intuitive app on their personal devices, with strategically placed symbols to perform functions within and outside the hotel.
The symbol hides in plain sight and is decipherable only by those guests who have the Hyatti app. It allows the guest to access all the services from anywhere at their fingertips while allowing a great degree of personalization, which is a luxury synonymous with the Park Hyatt.
