Major financial firm - UX Team

I'm in charge of the visual design for internal JPMC websites and applications. I manage my work directly with my UX Team in USA. I participate in daily calls where we discuss the work in progress, we calibrate and share new and innovative ideas for the project.

I've been working in several mobile projects, some of them involve the creation of wireframes from scratch, where I have the chance to apply all the UX knowledge I've acquired so far. In most of these projects I design the UI for both iOS and Android respecting all the differences we can find within the platforms, that's why I'm always doing research about new applications and trends. I always make sure to provide the developers a clean guide of the screens including specs and cut assets/drawables in different resolutions/densities to make sure the final result looks exactly as the designed mock-ups. I also make the app screens flow and use cases.
I work directly with the client and with an awesome team of developers where we work together to achieve the best results. I participate in daily sync-up meetings where we review feedback, we help each other or we simply share what we've been doing and define next steps.
As I really enjoy being in touch with every team member, and making sure everything is running smoothly, I'm also being assigned business analysis and testing tasks, where I have the chance to make or suggest changes on the finish product.
