Created a common visual language for the internal communication of all Decathlon Stores across north India. Identifying the touch points of the customers’ in the store while shopping. Worked with a team to develop a system to make these touch points more user friendly in terms of signage and communication.

Developing the Visual guideline of the Brand. Making collaterals which would develop strong brand associations. Work closely with the marketing team in creating digital marketing collaterals. Work on outdoor and social media campaigns to create brand awreness.

My role involved the overall conceptualization and design of projects. To take a basic idea and develop it by planning details of every step required in the production process. Working with the team, shape the project and aid in the creation of the schedule, resource allocation and time assignments. Guiding the team through the design and development process. This includes assigning tasks that include branding, illustration, animation and website designing.

Conducted user research (VOCs), synthesized and collaborated with product
and development teams to come up with effective solutions. Understood the
product and domain in depth to maintain design consistency throughout the
product.

Project scoping, estimation, design operation management for teams across the globe. Create personas, user journeys, task flows, information architecture, low-fidelity paper sketches, high-fidelity interactive wireframes, demo mockups and prototypes to stakeholders. I have worked in both agile and waterfall models. Design solutions for Fintech, Insurance, Telecom and Healthcare sectors.

I am in my 6th semester specializing in graphic design.
