SILKROAD

This is a brochure/poster for The Silkroad Project. The musical ensemble focuses on creating a flow of connectivity amongst different cultures across the world. This brochure has lines running and connecting through each fold and then folds out into a poster that acts as a calendar. This was a school project.

MAP

This is a map that can be followed from where I currently live to my studio. It was all hand drawn. In this example the hand drawn type was put on with a transfer marker from a copy of the original. The white was done with paint markers. The type that is not in white is descriptive words from the surrounding area.

AMPERSAND

This was a quick 3 hour project. I was assigned the ampersand and told to do something expressive so I cut up 3 different faces of ampersand and jumbled them together.

Much credit goes to Martin Venezky for this as I realize after it's very close to what he has made.
