Marylen Alatriste

Design and Art Director

Manchester, United Kingdom
I‘ve had a passion for art and design forever.

I vividly remember, as a small child, wanting those special markers, that particular set of 56 colour pencils or the only specific brushes in the world worth having. They were all attractive for the same reason – improving the work of the wide-eyed and curious, 7 year old child.

Don’t get me wrong; I was no Verruca Salt – I didn’t stamp and shout. But when my parents could afford to treat their little girl, their little girl knew exactly what she wanted – to create.

And I’ve wanted the same thing ever since.
That box of 56 colour pencils has now become my 56 brushes in Photoshop and my love of art and design is stronger than ever – so now that 7 year old little girl gets to play every day… And when she wants a treat, she can treat herself!

I think it’s fair to say, I´m living life out of it and I´m loving it!
