Brand development, Creation of both online & offline artwork for 8 major countries from advertisements and merchandise to above-the-line campaigns
Working within an in-house marketing department establishing and developing the identity of a market leading International telecommunications brand (Sunday Times top 5 growing UK companies). Providing an integral role in all marketing and brand communication material from POS to international advertising campaigns across all media.

• Management & training of freelance designers and artworkers
• Senior client handling
• Development of brand identity and acting as brand guardian
• Lead brainstorms, concept development, copy writing & presentation
• Working with multiple languages
• Motion/presentation graphics
• Above & below-the-line advertising campaigns
• Creation of: advertisements, merchandise, corporate brochure, internal branding, POS, packaging, posters, leaflets, outdoor etc.
• Flash banner creation, web site updates & maintenance
• Image retouching/photographic manipulation
• Development & implementation of brand guidelines
