All, gives you limitless opportunities, a chance to express yourself and whatever your imagination tells you. It has an universal language and it's language of many. Only music can be compared to visual arts if it comes to its genial way of communication. Ideas save time. Ideas save the day. With speed of light.
I am Marius Van List, a 34-years-old freelance illustrator/designer based in Warszawa / Poland. In 2003, I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk with a Masters degree in Graphic Arts and Painting. During and after the studies I worked as a graphic designer for for several agencies. As a freelance designer, my services include art direction and illustration as well as developing complex frontend designs for the web. I have a wide range of skills to facilitate my work and have specialized in painting and drawing. Anatomy is my passion maybe even bigger than coffee. Naturally, I am a huge fan of web when it is minimal, and so is my ideal of design. I am concerned with the balance between design that is beautiful, design that is functional, and design that is intelligent. Less is more.
