Hi my name is Marisol Flores I'm a multi-talented web/graphic designer in Northwest Indiana.

I have been working in design since 1995. I learned web development in 1997, I pretty much was self taught and attended plenty of conferences and seminars that taught me the ins and outs of web development.

I love what I do, every new project is a challenge and that challenge is what motivates me. I'm a fast learner and am always looking to see if there is a new, better, easier way to do the things I need to do.

Some of the things I have worked on range from identity, print, front-end web development, e-mail blast designs, and flash banners. I was also given the opportunity to be the creative project manager in which I managed a team of around 15 team members that consisted of designers, web developers, and video editors while also managing our off-shore design team of 5 members.

Things are always changing and people are always coming up with new ways to do things and in this industry you have to stay on top of things or you'll fall back. This is why I love to keep in touch with all my fellow designers and see what they are up to what new things they are doing and applying so we can share ideas and grow together.
