Setting them apart was going to be precision color matching and as perfect a duplicate of the original art as possible. So basically mimicry or as it came to be... image parroting. The parrot became the choice of brand and the tagline: Precsion color reproduction and image parroting was born. The logo uses 100% values of CMYK helping to better build the printing brand. The D in Digital was also formed from the black-only portion of the parrot head for further branding options.
