I was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1991. My mother's job as a diplomat then took us to Warsaw, Poland, then to Paris, France, then back to Seoul where I completed middle school. I spent my high school years in the suburbs of Washington DC, where I explored music, tried drumming, dove into fashion design, explored DC's art scene as it came into its own, and plotted future travels and adventures. In 2009 I came to Boston, where I fell in love with design and marketing for awards shows, magazines, startups, theater groups and nonprofits.
