I've been working with Globant's UX Studio since early 2013. In that time, I've been involved in several projects and both internal and external efforts to benefit both the practice and the company.

Some accomplishments:
• Contributing to the UX practice & Studio's growth within the company.
• Represented the Studio in several pre-sales, RFI, RFP & proposal efforts for both current and potential clients.
• Represented the Studio as a speaker in several talks and workshops.
• Been a guest teacher for Interaction Design and other practices in Globant's Design Center since 2014.
• Contributed as one of the interviewers/gatekeepers for potential new recruits for the UX role.
• Mentored several UX professionals, both formally and informally.

As a consultant working for Globant. Assisting a team of Product Owners, Financial Analysts, Developers, Business Analysts, and Designers (amongst others) in building a product.

As a consultant working for Globant. Worked as a UX Tech Lead with LATAM Airlines, leading a team which grew exponentially in size, scope and skill set.

Some accomplishments:
• Oversaw and created experiences for over 20 projects.
• Led the effort to define cross-product components, providing consistency in the experience throughout tens of products.
• Introduced several remote practices to a culture that previously only familiar with working on-site.
• Helped the area transition from a Waterfall methodology towards a fully Agile environment.
• Mapped, built and implemented an internal UX Training process, providing knowledge of UX-related practices and methodologies to 40+ professionals.
• Helped raise the area's standards in regards to validation, from stakeholder-centric to user-testing-centric.
• Introduced several UX-related methodologies to the company's practices.
• Helped empower the area in order to establish evidence-based decision-making as the main approach.

As a consultant working for Globant. Due to NDAs in place I can't disclose specifics, but I led a multidisciplinary team tasked with building a simple hub to leverage extremely complex data coming from several other platforms, with very positive results.

• Designed and developed the company’s first responsive website, which integrated all of their games as microsites
• Designed all interactions for the company’s latest game, BingoCrack
• Designed the UX and managed the implementation of the company’s Support Center, which currently offers support to over 12 million users around the world

• Co-Led and planned the product alongside the CEO
• Designed the UX and Visual Design for the product's front and backend
• Conducted user and task analyses in order to progressively improve the UX
• Applied user personas and scenarios to develop processes and user flow models
• Developed the product's first prototypes

Led, designed and coordinated several Social Media Management & Metrics applications, with an emphasis on managing the conversation on Twitter.

Sites conceptualization, design and development counseling, iPad app oriented UX/UI, artwork for social media actions, amongst others.
Designed and coordinated the implementation of the agency’s first mobile website.

Was in charge of designing and developing site templates to be used for hundreds of clients.
