Always looking for a creative outlet in life, I wear many daily hats. I am the team leader of Visual Merchandising at West Elm in Paramus, NJ. I am a Design Assistant & Jr. Home Stager for a full-service boutique firm based in Brooklyn, Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes. I also have an entrepreneurial spirit, running my own home-based bakery, The Cookie Boxx, maker of all things addictively delicious. I hope to one day venture into the world of Set Design and Styling.
My prior experience includes the tile and stone world, having completed a two-year internship at Reve Surfaces and Savannah Hardscapes. Both located in Hardeeville, South Carolina, just outside of Savannah, Georgia.
My design skills include: Hand Drafting, Sketching, Conceptualization, Residential Design, Commercial Design, Visual Merchandising, as well as Hand & Computer Rendering.
Software that I am adept with include: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign), AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Quickbooks and MS Office. I also have experience on both PC and Mac platforms. Read Less
