I have worked since 1998 as a graphic designer but many of my responsibilities have expanded outside of those job requirements. I am skilled in print design but have been involved deeply in interactive marketing the past few years. I keep finding myself involved with start-up companies and would now consider that a specialty. Thinking through marketing and design strategy as well as user experience have been major roles for me in the early stages of these companies.
As far as education, I received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Capella University, my Associates in design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and attended the School for the Creative and Performing Arts from the 5th grade till graduation studying commercial art.
I've also been building my knowledge of real estate and business management through my entrepreneurial activities. I have owned Koehler Homes, LLC since 2002 which was incorporated in April of 2008. I focus on rental properties and have completely remodeled several units as well as my own home in Covedale.
My goal is to make good things happen and enjoy doing it as much as possible. Read Less
