Peace Of Mine

My sister, who is 5-6 years my elder, recently bought & started to renovate the house she grew up in.

Earlier this week, she pulled down the bathroom's wallpaper and found a painting our mother created over thirty years ago.

Although I have seen many of my mother's drawings and paintings as I grew up, I have NEVER seen anything this stylized.
She would always keep a very realistic style.

I have decided to honour her memory by modernizing this discovery.
