Marketing website for high-end Miami condominiums - I was brought in to work with Avenue Marketing & Communications on a large project for ST Residential. ST Residential is the managing partner of a group of investors including the FDIC, Starwood Capital, Ducati and WLR LeFrak. ST Residential is managing a multi-billion dollar real estate deal by purchasing condominiums in a number of cities across the country, increasing their market value with architectural and landscaping updates, and then providing the building with the resources to properly market their units in their particular market.
My role was to design a marketing website for a Mint, a high-end condo building in Miami. With this website we wanted to showcase the building's minimalistic styling and glass details, as well as, the high fashion style of Miami. The result is a site that is cleant, easy to navigate and incorporates a sleek elegance.
