I was born in Maputo/Mozambique in the middle 80s and I grew up there until I was 12 y.o. At that time there were no "distractions" for children, no tv, no videogames, no computers...and there is where it all started...I had to develop creativity to invent, create games, and spent most of my fun time drawing or building toys with sticks etc...
When I moved to Rome I was instantly attracted from its huge artistic heritage, so I decided to attend an artistic high school. There I discovered my passion for urban and digital art, beginning a graphic design specialization at the 3rd year of school. After graduation I've traveled, and I started designig for friends some flyers, logos, etc...
Then in 2005 I began to attend IED (European Institute of Design) in Graphic Design. Here I developed my passion for visual arts, lettering and video editing. In 2008, together with other 4 students I've created a thesis project called "Mad in Italy" that was selected to be published the year after ( I've cooperated with Fefè visual magazine for the publishing ). I graduated there with the top grade: 100/100.
After 20 days I was already working on a project for Nike Italy, called "Nike 1960 temporary store".
In the mean time since 2006 I've been cooperating ( freelance ) as a creative director ( graphic designs, packaging, events ) for "Bocca di dama - dolci per comunicare" a food design pastry.
After the Nike experience, I've worked for Fefè visual magazine.
In 2009 I went in a 20 days trip to Seoul/ South Korea to realize a documentary about Seoul being the "world design capital".
I fell in love with this city so in November of 2009 i went back there to stay 3 months, and had just a very fun experience, teaching English, doing cultural and artistic research and participating to the "Design for all" ( social design workshop ).
On February 2010 I came back to Italy and I started working in Leo Burnett as a graphic designer, and in time I dicovered my love for ATL communication, so I started an experience as a junior art director, working for many important and international brands.
My goal is now to move to Milan and begin my career, and also to create artistic scenes with stimulating people!
