Jonathan is a multi-talented creative with over 18 years’ experience in the Canadian, UK and US markets.
He has won 250+ national and international awards in the form of medals, pencils and various misshapen letters of the alphabet. The latest was a lion in 2018 at Cannes for Ubisoft Assassin's Creed Origin experience. He has sat on multiple juries and presided Crea Awards in Montréal in 2018.
Born in a hippie commune that was the cradle of the Cirque du Soleil, he discovered at a very young age that creativity can change the world. His passion for creativity, storytelling, gaming, and advertising began when he discovered interruption in the form of stunts performed on his friends and family.
That creativity has never stopped growing to this day, as clients such as Toyota, Ubisoft, Canadian Red Cross, Molson breweries, Yellow pages, Sico, Loto Quebec, Napa and Cadillac Fairview, have all benefited from Jonathan’s creative leadership over the years.
In 2014, Jonathan joined Bleublancrouge as Creative Director after 10 years in the Cossette network. In 2015 he was named Partner. The agency has benefitted as well - resulting in BBR being selected in the top 10 Agency of the Year, two years in a row in Canada in 2016 and 2017.
But despite all the awards, Jonathan continues to create the way he always has - with the conviction that creativity mixed with a purposeful brand can change the world.
