• Partner w/Copywriter, AS, Media to determine implementation & delivery timeline.

• Attends, participates in or delegates all assigned Team matters including; vision, design,
production, resource needs and relays outstanding issues to the Creative Director in a
timely fashion.

• Leads brainstorming meetings with designers to work on project/deliverable

• Presents, sells ideas, concepts to Creative director and peers in professional manner.

• Create and/or oversee visual design, including typography, visual concept, logo and icon
design for TV, Print, Web, Outdoor & Ambient

• Oversees, reviews and approves the determination and implementation of rough/sketch
concepts, graphics, presentations and all visuals of assigned projects/deliverables

• Manages, mentors and creates strong team-centric atmosphere.
