Freelance

Freelance CG Artist

I am a CG artist and animator based in Kent. I recently received a first class honours degree in CG Arts and Animation from the University for the Creative Arts. I have a love for the creative process that takes place when crafting narrative and aspire to work as a director. My CG skills are focused on character and texture painting but I would like to think I can put my hand to most things. I have completed work with a variety of London based artists with work exhibiting in Canary Wharf Screen and Chisenhale Gallery.

Whilst at Butch Auntie I worked on an array of projects, mostly focussed on effects and visuals for live events. These pushed my After Effects skills forward immensely and I had the pleasure to create work for The Kleptones at Glastonbury 2011, Dom Perignon and other private events.

Working for the University as an assistant in teaching design to school children. I worked with a small group of very focused professionals to help children understand and engage with the importance of design. Schools for the Future allowed children to design and model ideas for how educational communities can evolve and become more engaging to the people who learn within the buildings.

Whilst working at Art Lab I was introduced to a local architectural project based on the Isle of Sheppey. This project was to regenerate Queenborough Harbour and I was given the brief to design and model a bridge for the area.
