Jon Orlando is an artist activist that uses photography to deepen our collective sense of humanity. By focusing as much on emotion as he does content, he challenges society to relate to those he photographs on a deeply personal level. While most of his projects revolve around issues of social and political importance , his work asks us to transcend those debates and instead provides us with the space to acknowledge our interconnectedness.
His current project, Warriors for Peace was recently accepted by the Blue Earth Alliance. Images from the series have been exhibited in group and solo shows throughout the US. Read Less
