Before TFS, I was a Design Manager at Eastman Kodak. I was responsible for Industrial Design, Graphics, Packaging and User Interface for Kodak's Document Imaging products.
Previous to that, I was a Senior Industrial Design Project Leader for both consumer and commercial products at Kodak. This position includes managing user based design development, creating design strategies for product lines within different businesses, and intergrading other disciplines into the development of the product.
Before Kodak I was involved in the establishment of Stanley Tools first Corporate Industrial Design Department. We developed procedures and design processes that allowed us to create design strategies for several of the Stanley Works brands as well as created corporate color strategies and logos for MAC Tools, Stanley Hand Tools, Proto Industrial Tools, and BlackHawk Tools. Managed the development of products and product lines for Stanley’s global division including Stanley Hand Tools, Stanley Mechanics Tools, Stanley Fastening Systems, and Stanley Storage Systems.
I also had the opportunity to design several of Stanley's license products. I had a hands on approach to the development of our product, through consumer research in both exploratory qualitative field research and quantitative market research (store intercepts).
