Who Is John Carter as a Professional
I am a talent who illustrates, who has been trained in Graphic and Web Designer, but above all, I am a thinker and a creative contributor. My strength is in my creative thinking itself. Regardless of the background, I find myself always looking of a way to make my performance and my environment better. Further, it keeps me thinking about a different way to approach a challenge and it’s eventual solution. I am a thinker, so brainstorming and collaborating with my team is the skill that I excel in that transfers across all of my employment environments

John Carter as a Person

I feel I have a strong leadership skill to run solo, but I can just as effectively step back and be confident being a important part of the team; Mostly because I do love effective collaboration. I pride myself on a strong work ethic, but I am a people person and I love a work environment where you can be laid back and personable from time to time as it makes the stressful tense times easier to deal with.

Outside of my design education, my background has been very heavy in the educational, and social service sectors. I believe this makes me teachable and willing to assist in training others; It has afforded me many opportunities to learn to deal with wide varieties of people and personalities, as well as find a way to effectively work with them as coworkers and provide for their needs as clients.

Since 1997 I have worked with profit and non-Profit organizations of various sizes as an employee and in a volunteer capacity with:
